About The Bible Stamp Club at www.biblestampclub.com
The struggle between secular elites and the traditional Christian majority is growing. Religious postage stamps are under siege worldwide. Many groups are working to remove or censor public displays of Christmas and religious themes. Many others are fighting against this trend in order to protect religion freedom. We believe that by visiting our Religious Stamp Image Museum and seeing the beautiful religious stamps issued in the past, people will be moved to help keep that important tradition alive for future generations.
The Bible Stamp Club is composed of stamp collectors specializing in religious-theme topical stamp collecting. Many other non-collectors join to support the club and simply enjoy the thematic displays. Decades of collecting by members means thousands of images to scan and stories to tell. As a new member, please consider sending in your stories or ideas! (ALL are valuable!)
The club's online Religious Stamp Image Museum project hopes to provide a wealth of information about the many postage stamps issued worldwide to honor religious themes. From 1898 to the present, over 200+ countries have issued thousands of stamps honoring Christianity, The Holy Family, The Nativity, Madonna & Child, Religious Art, and many other areas.
The Bible Stamp Club's original goal was to build support for MORE stamps honoring religious themes. We believe children and adults would love to see stamps honoring The Bible, The Ten Commandments, Easter, Religious Art, The Crucifixion, The Bill of Rights, Religious Freedom in America, and many more. Sadly, that mission has changed into preserving the few, important Christmas stamps that we do have!
